3. Condition of Product: Products must be returned in their original condition. Products that are damaged, altered, or heavily used may not be eligible for a refund.
4. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
6. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 - 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

To initiate a return, please use our self service return system by logging into your account and initiating the return from your order. Likewise you may also contact our customer service team via email.. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Exclusions:

Please note that certain types of items may be excluded from this guarantee. Customized labels may not be eligible for a full refund however if you are dissatisfied with a labeled product we will make it right.
